We currently offer shipping to all locations within India. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Raiganj, West Bengal. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we may expand shipping regions in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer various shipping methods, and the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping option selected and the delivery address. Below are the typical shipping options and delivery times:
2.1. Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time:
West Bengal: 1-7 business days
All other destinations: 1-12 business days - Available for most locations across India.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays from third-party shipping carriers. These estimates are not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery location of the products you purchase. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Shipping Rate: Flat 40/- rupees will be charged for shipping.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective products).

Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. You can track your shipment directly on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
