- Defective Items: We only accept returns on defective or damaged products. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Timeframe for Returns: Defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. After this time period, we will not be able to accept returns for any reason.
- Condition for Return: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on non-defective items or for any reason other than defects.
1.1 How to Return a Defective Item

- Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number in your return shipment.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the defective item securely and ship it back to us at the address below. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
1.2 Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive the defective item and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item.

2. Refunds
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The return must include all accessories, labels, and manuals (if any).
2.2. Process for Refunds

3. Return Shipping Costs
